Wednesday 10 March - Day 1
Arrival at Ezeiza International Airport, Buenoes Aires.
Reception and transfer to the Sheraton Hotel.

Thursday 11 March - Day 2
City tour in Bueno Aires.
In the morning, soon after breakfast, we will begin a City tour in regular shared traditional services transmitting the emotion of manifold Buenos Aires. We will get to know the symbol of our city: the Obelisk. We will cross Plazas like those of Mayo, San Martín, Alvear, of the Congress; the avenues Corrientes, De Mayo, 9 de Julio, among others; districts with history like La Boca, San Telmo, sumptuous like Palermo and Recoleta, modern like Puerto Madero; the parks, Lezama, Tres de Febrero and the Ecological Reserve, commercial and financial zones and the Soccer Stadium. In the evening free time to go shopping or to take some of the optional tours of the city and its surroundings.
Delegates stay in Buenos Aires overnight.

Friday 12 March - Day 3
Touring in Buenos Aires
1700 - 2200: Seminar (dinner included)

Saturday 13 March - Day 4
Breakfast in the Hotel followed by transfer to the Airport.
Arrival at the Puerto Iguazu airport, reception and transfer to Sheraton Hotel.

Sunday 14 March - Day 5
Tour to Argentine and Brazilian Falls.
In the morning we start on our excursion to the wonderful Iguazu Falls on the Argentine Side, where we will explore the many walkways of Iguazu National Park and visit the Iguazu Falls from the Brazilian side. Immediately afterwards, we will take a city tour through Foz do Iguazu and visiting the gigantic Itaipú Dam.
Return to the hotel.
1700 - 2200: Seminar (with dinner included)

Monday 15 March - Day 6
Optional Helicopter Tour - Iguazu

1) Flight on the National Park and Iguaçu Waterfalls -
Time of flight: 10 minutes - Time-table of 09:00am to 05:30pm.
Price: U$180 for passenger with transfer in/out to the start point.
This tour must have at least 3 people to run.

2) Flight on the Itaipu Hydroeletric, Bridge of the Friendship, Three Frontiers Mark, Bridge Tancredo Neves, National Park and Iguaçu Waterfalls.
Time of flight: 35 minutes - Time-table of 09:00am to 05:00pm.
Price: US$1550 for flight with transfer in/out to the start point - aircraft with capacity for 04 persons.

Leave Iguazu around 16:00. Master Turismo suggests the following flight:

Pre Conference Tour - Rio De Janeiro

FD Corcovado & Sugar Loaf with BBQ lunch, driver & guide

After breakfast , transfer to Congonhas Airport followed by arrival at Santos Dumont airport in Rio de Janeiro .

We will leave the airport to visit the most famous landmarks of the city where we will see the natural beauties from up above. After a scenic drive along Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, passengers arrive at the bottom of the Corcovado Hill. We will embark on a comfortable train which will climb the mountain, where the statue of Christ the Redeemer, is located (2.300ft above sea level). The Christ statue known as the "wonder of Rio" was recently elected one of the 7 winners of the " New Wonders of the World ".

Upon arrival at the top we have mechanized access, with panoramic elevators and escalators that take us to the foot of the statute.

There, passengers enjoy a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro, discover why it is called the "Marvelous City" and the view the Christ statue which is considered " the wonder of Rio". We make our way down on the same route and towards the other world famous landmark, the Sugar Loaf Mountain. Before getting there we will stop and have a delicious Brazilian Barbecue lunch.
Over a million tourists a year visit the world famous Pão de Açúcar, or Sugar Loaf Mountain in English, which has become an iconic symbol of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Rising up from small peninsula at the entrance of Guanabara Bay, its name is said to refer to its resemblance to the traditional shape of concentrated refined sugar loaf. The tour is done in two steps by glass cable-cars. The first cable-car takes passengers to the top of Urca Hill, which rises 215 meters above sea level and offers spectacular views of the entire bay its islands. From Urca Hill, passengers continue in a second cable car to the top of Sugar Loaf which rises 395 meters above sea level and offers a 360 degree view of the entire city including Botafogo and Copacabana Beaches, the Corcovado and downtown Rio. Duration: 8 hours

Transfer to Santos Dumont airport as well as transfer in São Paulo from the Airport to the Hotel.
